Hi Steinberg community, how can I set another value of this function by default (at the lower left)?
In Write mode, you can change it using Alt/Opt-[ and Alt/Opt-] to increase and decrease the grid resolution to one of the available values - just a few seconds involved as you start a project.
Another way is by assigning key commands to the values you might want to use.
I don’t think it is currently possible to change the default value (from quaver/8th note to something else) so that every new project will start up with your preferred value.
