Changing attributes of tempo text font

I’ve followed the links suggested for this topic and can’t seem to find “Immediate Tempo Text” in my Library → Font Styles. I’m sure I’m missing something really obvious, but having watched a couple of videos on line and read the page on font attributes in tempo markings from the Dorico documentation, I can’t figure out how to do it.
I’ve attached the file with the tempo text I’d like to make italics (and maybe not bold).

I know it’s sort of bush-league to ask two questions on separate topics in a single post, but I’m going to risk it…
I’m not ptrdrmy;u working in the MIDI editor, so don’t know how to change the velocities of the LH staccato notes so that the volume of the LH and RH are essentially the same. This has ABSOLUTELY NO IMPORTANCE for the project I’m working on (an example of orchestration), but it’s a bit aggravating to hear the disparity in the dynamics between the two staves in the piano sketch (subsequent flows with different orchestrations will have instrument dynamics.). I can correct the problem by putting forte dynamics in both LH and RH, but that seems even more bush-league than my question.

Thanks in advance…

It is in Library>Paragraph styles

Tempo styles were moved to Paragraph Styles in Dorico 6.

As for the other thing, You can apply “local” dynamics to each voice in a piano part. See the Help pages on the dynamics popover:

Thanks!! As always, the Forum comes through with shining colors.

I really appreciate it!

If you right-click on a text item you get a contextual menu where one of the options is “edit font”.
