Changing bar width

Good morning,
I would like to know if there is a faster way to change the width of the bars in Dorico than Alt+Arrow in Engrave>Note Spacing.

I am making some theory worksheets and often I need only 1 or 2 empty bars per system, and I spend many time changing the width with this system.

Use System Breaks.

I believe there’s a default setting in Engraving Options for the minimum width of single bar rests, on the Rests page. You could also look into changing the note spacing settings, either for the layout as a whole or from a specific point.
