I’m not sure what the cause of this could be. I have a dim recollection of looking into this some time ago, and perhaps even found and fixed a problem, but I can’t remember now. Too many things to remember…
Could either of you take a moment to zip up the userlibrary.xml file from your user-level Dorico 3.5 application data folder and attach it here so I can take a look at it?
Here is mine.
userlibrary.xml.zip (68.0 KB)
And mine. In the past my default got set to November2, but the at some point it switched to MTF-Cadence and that’s how it’s been since.
userlibrary.xml (218.1 KB)
Here’s mine (took me a while to find it, I should have known it would be buried in the Steinberg folder):
userlibrary.xml.zip (4.5 KB)
Here are your userlibrary.xml files with the offending entry for Default music font removed. You can replace the ones in your application data folders with the appropriate one below:
Coranglais16.zip (4.9 KB)
joshualuty.zip (13.7 KB)
jesele.zip (68.1 KB)
Brilliant! You are amazing, but you know that already
