Changing enharmonics in cues changes cue source

Hi folks, I have a situation with a cue:

If I change the cue notes enharmonically in the upper part, it changes the notes in the lower part as well, which is not wanted:

How can I correct the notes in the upper part’s cue without changing the source notes in the lower part?

Apparently, it only changes it in the score. I can change it in the parts without affecting the source cue.

Since I won’t be showing the cues in the score, the issue is moot.
