Changing entire time signature of a piece with tuplets, Workflow suggestions

Good day to everyone.

I have a piece I’ve written in 5/8, with a flowing, continuous piano part in 16th notes. On top off this figure, is rather slow and simple parts, starting on down beats, for strings and and choir. The choirmaster suggested I re-notate the piece in 2/4, with the piano part notated as quintuplets throughout, because the singers were having a hard time feeling it in 5/8. It seems like a good idea. Is there any hidden tricks that I am unaware of, that would make this process quicker. Dorico is so deep, and I feel that it can probably speed up the process of me having to input everything again. It looks something like this.

I’d just like to reply to my own post, and offer anyone who has a circumstance similar to mine.

Dorico, once again showed its magic. I started small to test out, but then just selected selected a large amount of measures the piano part, and simply created quintuplets, 5/4, with the 16th note selected, and it converted the essentially the whole score, nice and tidy in 2/4.

Excellent.

Nice solution! It sounds like that will be easier to read as well! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
