Changing/Expanding Note Values

Is there a way to select measures in a score and expand all the note values to double the length? In other words, all quarter notes and rests become half notes and rests, all half notes become whole notes, etc. I actually need to change the whole score this way and I’m about forty five measures into the arrangement.

I’d appreciate the help.

Write>Edit duration>Double note duration.

BUT:
Engage Insert Mode first!
And it does not work with tuplets
Nothing but notes will be affected (text, dynamics etc. will not move)
