Changing lyric stanza doesn't preserve offset

This probably seems like a curiosity, but it’s a frequent occurrence for me.

Here I previously had 4 stanzas; I deleted stanza 2, and changed stanza 3 to 2, and 4 to 3.

What I don’t understand is why the lyric offsets shift to suddenly be uneven. I always shift the stanzas equally (in fact, I would love to be able to lock this, so shifting one shifts them all). I end up having to reset all offsets and redo them. Not the end of the world, but I’m wondering why it happens.

I’ve tried to reproduce this but have been unable to. If you would like me to look into this problem further, please provide a minimal project that reproduces the issue, together with the steps required to reproduce it.
