Changing staff size among special circumstances

Hi there, I’ve been creating this worksheet using ‘coda’ and ‘removing/adding staff below’ and wonder how could I change the staff size so that, the left column of the pages should have smaller size than the right. Many thanks in advance:)

AKKORDOK TEMPLATE.dorico (1.0 MB)

If instead of using codas, you set these excerpts up as separate flows in two columns of music frames, you could make staves in the left music frame a smaller size, independently of the right column.

Thank you, will try it. Btw using coda for the whole seemed to be very easy to create. Will it be the same simple with the process you’ve suggested?

It won’t be quite as quick and easy, I’m afraid, no – but if you set it up as a page template, you can reuse the layout of frames on multiple pages.

Thank you! I’m on it!

Hi @kaposi.g , as an exercise in Dorico I made the changes suggested by @Lillie_Harris and I share the project for whom may be interested (I hope is ok for you). You need just to add the graphic in the newly created splitted music frames first Page template, adjust eventually the frames positions and sizes in the two “splitted” page templates, reassign the fonts that I don’t have, set the initial page number in Layout Options/Page Setup/Page Numbers if desired, add the figured bass, and make your desired other tweaks  :

@Christian_R . I really appreciate your help! I’ve made my dodgy version using 14 flows and the result is quite okay but the whole process was tedious. (I enjoyed it though   )

I’m studying your solution and it looks so much more simple and elegant.

Lots of thanks, and best wishes to Lübeck, love that city:)
