Changing tempo changes zoom (SOLVED)

Cubase Pro 10.0.6 (on Win 10) has begun changing the zoom when the tempo is altered in the transport. ie, increasing tempo zooms out, showing more bars. I have beats/bars as the primary time, showing in the ruler.

I’ve searched the forum, manual and preferences etc within Cubase. Strange; I’ve never seen this behaviour before.

Any advice appreciated.

It’s probably a matter of the ruler being set to time linear as opposed to Bar + Beats Linear. Work?

P.S. I didn’t get a notification. I wonder if this feature is working (I’ve read others saying the same).
