Changing the colour of the menu bar

Using v8.5 here. How do I change the colour of the menu bar (ie. the very top bar containing the pull-down menu labels and the words “Cubase Pro”). Black text against a dark grey can be pretty hard to read if there is any ambient lighting nearby.

Found it. It’s not in Cubase at all, it’s in Windows settings.
