Changing the MIDI piano roll size in the In-Place-Editor?

I’ve searched high and low, but can’t seem to figure out if there’s any way to change the size of the notes/piano roll while working with MIDI data using the “Edit-In-Place” functionality.

I know this is possible in the Key Editor, but how about here?

Move the mouse over the piano roll until it turns into a hand, click, and move left/right. Not very intuitive I’ll admit.
