Hello everyone,
whenever I attempt to change the playback tempo for my project I find myself clicking around randomly to make the tempo adjust slider appear. Sometimes it takes an annoyingly long period of time to get it to work. Is this anyone else’s experience? Is there something I’m missing to make this process seamless and more consistent?
Any tips would be much appreciated.

To make a permanent tempo change for this project, input a tempo marking at the start of the flow.
That tempo slider in the toolbar is for adjusting the tempo for playback only temporarily, e.g. to hear a fast passage slower so you can check the chord progression. You can only bring up the slider when Fixed Tempo Mode is active (ie when the button is grey, not blue)
Ok thanks for the info Lillie. I’ve found that when I click on the metronome first then its easier to adjust the playback tempo
I don’t think that the metronome button has any effect on that. What I did find, after futile clicking, was that you have to click right on the number and not on the = or in any of the space around the number itself.
