No, there is not. All releases up to Cubase 11 will continue to use the eLicenser, Cubase 10.5 is not even supported anymore. The eLicenser service will be shutdown beginning of 2025, which means you can still use your eLicenser, until it breaks or is lost, but not upgrade or modify it anymore.
