So, I’m trying to go from 31-tet to 15-tet, and have constructed a chromatic scale in each. Nothing weird (yet); should be straight forward. Yet the pitch that looks for all the world to be middle C in each of them is a different pitch. Obviously, I’m doing something astonishingly wrong and simple, but cannot see it.
Ideas?
