Changing VST in Dorico

Hi all,
I am just returning to try to learn Dorico (from Finale).
When I first started, there was a HALion library of instruments.
Some time in my last learning attempts I loaded NotePerformer.
That is what I have now, but I would like to try two things:

1. Revert back to what had been with Dorico (HALion)
2. Attempt to have both in the same piece, with NotePerformer assigned to some instruments, and HALion for others.

Would someone out there at least point me to a tutorial or guide or something?
