Channel EQ position before or after Inserts?

Channel EQ position before or after Inserts?

I saw many people are using the Channel EQ to do the low cut before mixing. But according to steinberg’s documentation, it is after insert.

In the Cubase 10 pro, is it possible to manually define its position before/after Inserts?

It is both. Pre post- and post pre-fader inserts.
Or it can also be pre pre- and pre post fader.

Yes, the strip (which the EQ is part of) can be switched.

Thank you.

Important to point out though that the Highpass/Lowpass in the channels (unless you use dedicated EQ bands for it) are on the input, i.e. before all other processing.
