Channel preceding the Stereo Out channel?

Hey guys,

I would like to have a channel that acts like the Stereo Out so all the channels are routed to it and I can add effects on it and then send to the Stereo Out channel for mastering.

This is a newbie question: The way to go is to just create an FX channel and direct route all channels to it? With a large project I’m working on it’s going to be some work but I’m wondering if there’s another way people use?

A group track is (partially) made for this, I think : you can add effects (as inserts or sends) on it just as an audio one and can route any amount of audio or instrument track to it…

Select all required channels, right click, select “Add group channel to selected channels” . Pretty quick.
