Channel racks disappear

Hi

I had my mixer with the channel racks open, and now they seems to desappear. I can only see the faders and panning, when I press the rack button, it’s a black console, where i can only see the meter, but nothing from the rack.

Please, anybody knows how to fix this?

I´ve tried everything I could. Restart, opening an older session, check and uncheck on opitons, etc.

It´s very hard to work like this because in my case I need to see and have on hand the sends and inserts.
