The insert routing doesn’t seem to be working anymore.
I’ve tried multple plugins, when you click on the insert routing tab of a stereo channel, uncheck ‘link’ button you can’t alter the L\R - Mono\Stereo configuration.

To me it looks like you didn’t enable the Mono option.
