Channel strip compressor Midi remote AI knob bug?

Hey, can someone confirm if this is a bug or if it’s unique to me?

In Cubase Pro 12, steps to recreate:
1- set up a midi controller with a rotary knob assigned as AI knob (mouse pointing at item)
2- open a track settings window to view the channel strip.
3- load up either vintage or tube compressor and open the expanded view of the channel strip’s vintage or tube compressor.
4- point mouse at controls and use AI knob.

On my system, the ainknob doesn’t work on the UI of the compressors, despite the AI knob working in either compressor’s full plugin version. Is this a bug?

Hi,

I managed to reproduce this.

Indeed the AI knob doesn’t work in “expanded view” of channel strip compressors. Either Tube Vintage or Standard.

It does however work on the “simple view”.

Which system do you use?

I’m using Nuendo 12.0.30 on Windows 10.
