Channel strip: Full UI on all plugins or only some?

I’m currently running 10.5, and the compressors have an E button to display the full UI, but others such as the envelope and limiter, do not.

Has this changed in 11, or is the full UI only available in the channel strip for some, but not all, of the stock plugins in use there?
