Channel Strip graph problem

Hello,

I have a problem in my channel strip : the graph of the effet (compressor, eq,…) don’t work. It just look like empty squares. Do you know how can i fix it ?

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?

Or maybe it’s a graphic card issue. Are you on Windows or Mac? What graphic card do you use?

Hello Martin,

i tried the safe mode, but it didn’t work.

I’m on Windows, and my graphic card is a GTX Geforce 1050, but i don’t think it’s a graphic card problem because i tried to swipe on my other graphic card and it didn’t work.

Hi,

I would recommend to reinstall Cubase. Make sure you:

  • Download the Full Installer.
  • Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
  • Install from setup.exe.
  • Install as administrator.

I tried to reinstall, but didn’t work again …

I think i have to do my mix with my habitual plug-in.
