Add the ability to select a channel and rotate the mouse wheel to increment/decrement the Channel Volume value.
The incremental/decremental value can be set in Preferences.
For example, let’s say the incremental/decremental value in Preferences was set to 1.
The selected channel has a value of -2.15
If you move the mouse wheel forward the value would change to -1.15 and if you move the mouse wheel backward the value would change to -3.15
