I am in cubase pro 8.5.2 and i have a quetion .
can i play in one chanel just 1 bar and second chanel play 2 bar or 4 ? like in Ableton ?

No, Cubase is a linear sequencer. To do so, duplicate or copy the 1 bar of the 1st Channel to the loop.
