I’ve noticed a number of Steinberg instrument/libraries have moved from the eLCC to the new Steinberg Licensing.
If you log into your My Steinberg account, and go to the Vouchers section, you’ll be able to “Redeem” the vouchers, and trigger the process to upgrade the license.
E.g. Olympus Choir Elements, 1738 Harpsichord, Medieval Lute.
