Cubase really needs checkboxes OR a key command to keep menus open while checking or unchecking multiple items. Pro Tools has this.
E.g. in media bay or right in the project window. Click the “cog wheel” that is the Set Up Tool Bar button. That menu should be able to stay open as you check or uncheck multiple items. Same in Media Bay and anywhere else there is a menu like this.
