I have a fanfare section where different lyrics are being sung by different voices (sopranos & altos) simultaneously; however, when do a reduction of the 4 parts into one stave, those contrasting lyrics overrun on one single line. Is there a way to get them on two parallel lines for the one reductions stave? Thanks so much.
You can flip lyrics above and below the staff, like everything else. You can also enter them above by pressing Shift Up in the popover.

I suppose one could also try transferring the alto lyrics to verse 2 to see what effect that would have. Both would still presumably stay below that combined staff, but they shouldn’t overlap.
