chop up and export files in cubase

Here’s the scenario:
I have one 2 hour long wave file, which I want to chop up (manually), into 50 different tracks (with different lengths) and then bounce them.
For the bouncing, I would like to know if there is a way to do this in one go, rather then resetting the region 50 times. I’m using Cubase 7.5

Thanks!

You have to manually go through and chop it up right?

When you get a clip to the right length click on it to highlight it and hit the P key then export it.
