Chord Mode

The manual says this:

It is not a huge problem, but I have never gotten Q to turn chord mode off or on: I have to use the icon. Am I missing something?

If you go to Preferences > Key Commands and search for “Chord Input”, do you actually have it mapped to Q? (It’s the factor default.)
