Chord names appearing twice

I’m new to this forum. This may have been covered.

I’ve added chord slashes to a stave and am using a popover to add a chord name. The chord name appears both above and below the staff. Later on a (4) appears above and below a staff as well. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the forum.

It would really help to show a screenshot of the relevant notation, at least; or upload a sample document that shows the problem, at best.
