I’m unable to reset “Chord Symbol Appearance Components” in the Library Manager.
I can choose to reset the differences between my score and the Factory Settings, but when I exit the dialog nothing has been updated.
Additionally, in the Dorico 6 “Project Default Chord Symbol Appearance” dialog that opens when you choose Library|Chord Symbols…, there doesn’t seem to be a way to reset all the chord symbols that I’ve previously changes back to Factory Settings. The last image shows the Dorico 5 dialog.
As always, I may be missing something…
You can try resetting Music Symbols and Glyph Primitives in Library Manager too, as they have an effect also, and see if that helps.
I was able to reset those in Library Manager, but it made no difference in the items listed in the Project Default Chord Symbol Appearance” dialog.
… and did you try resetting all the Library Manager / Engraving Options / Chord Symbols options?

Yes, I tried that, though I have to say I’m not really understanding everything I’m seeing in the Library Manager. I’m attaching a cut-down score if you have time to take a look.

Thanks!
Hmm, you’re right, I don’t think there’s a way to reset them other than hitting the Reset to Factory arrow. Unfortunately, you can’t click the first then Shift-click the last to select all of them at once, but it still only takes 10 seconds or so to reset all of them individually by mashing that arrow:

Great, thanks for pointing me to the arrow. I somehow missed that that is it’s function.
