Two options:
In Engraving Options> Chord Symbols > Altered bass notes >Appearance of successive identical chord symbols with differing altered bass notes… select Show chord symbol in full
Or, just below that option, in Show altered bass note only if next identical chord symbol is within the following change the value to 0 bars.

BTW, @pabnermusic, I notice that you have four hidden measures:
Intentional? (See how your System Track bar numbers and written one dis-align (is that a word?) by five bars on the system with written bar 25?)

Certainly not intentional. I did delete some bars and added new ones when I realized the meter could be simplified. That change was made at bars 12, 13 & 14.
