I’m writing a sheet music book and would need to have different setups for chord symbol appearance for each flow (full score). For example: Tune 1. needs to have chord symbols showing in between of two staffs, so for instrument 2. only. Next tune has only one staff, so I would need the chord symbols showing on instrument 1. then. How can I make this happen?

I’m afraid I don’t think there’s a good way to set this up by default. You could use different instruments in different flows, with different chord symbol visibility settings in the Players panel in Setup mode. If you need chord symbols to appear between the staves of a piano you could use the engraving option to enable that, and otherwise use two single-staff instruments joined by a custom brace if you need chord symbols to appear above the top staff elsewhere.
