What is the easiest way to move the chord symbols for the piano an eight note to the left w/o affecting the ones for the guitar? I know about local chord symbols. But how can I switch the chord symbols for the piano to local ones?

You can enter the popover for the Piano chords and Alt+Enter to make a local chord, but you’ll still have to then move it and hide the “regular” chord.
If only 2 instruments, you can input each line as local when initially inputting, or just the chords you know will be in different positions. Or enter both as global and hide whatever you don’t need displayed.
It would be cool if there was a way to select a chord that’s already input and move it to different beat locally (as opposed to a different location graphically) but there’s still not a mechanism for that AFAIK.

Or changing a selection of chords to local.
