Chord Symbols such as: CΔ7 and D–7♭5

Is it possible for Dorico to display chords symbols like the example below?

CΔ7 and D –7♭5

The minus sign for minor and the delta symbol for major. This is something I set up in Finale and use frequently. This is most definitely my preference.

I just need to know if this is possible in Dorico.

There are a huge number of possibilities to choose from in Engraving Options>Chord Symbols

And then Save as Default.

I’d probably marry the Chord Symbol page, if I could.

Yes, you can do it simply by setting these two options on the Chord Symbols page of Engraving Options:

Is there a way in Dorico to choose a different character for the minus sign?

This was something I did in Finale - using a longer dash instead of the minus sign generated from the keyboard. On my Mac I used this key sequence to generate the long dash “option” + “-”
