I have a 3 chord, 2 bar progression (Bm,A,E) I want to repeat through the entire song. I have snap on and grid set to bars. When I use the range tool and select 2 bars with my chords and press Cntl-D it will duplicate it twice, but the 3rd time it will drop the first chord(Bm), so I have to keep remaking chords. Why doesn’t it duplicate the progression correctly?
I notice that even though I select a 4 bar range, when I duplicate it I get a little less than 4 bars.
#cubase-12 This is still somewhat of an issue in Cubase 12. If I mark a chord progression with the selection tool, the first chord will be dropped when I use duplicate or repeat. However, if I select the chords with the range tool, it works as expected.
