Chord Track help (how to extend chord range/ note issue)

Hey guys, Is there a way to extend the 12 note selection in chord track? I cant get the highlighted notes in blue to either shift up or down the keyboard range so I can record lower or higher chord notes, or is there a way to extend the range of chord notes?

Secondly, when I strike a note in chord track sometimes only some of the keys play. I have included a short video which highlights the issues.

Hi,

You mean Chord Pads, not Chord Track, right? In the Chord Pad area click to Show Settings → Remote Controls. In the Pads Remote Range, set the range of the “blue area”.
