Chord Track with Render in Place

I am trying to Render some tracks consisting of VST Instruments/Midi and some audio ones too.

The Midi tracks are also following a Chord track.

NO matter what type of Render in Place or even Export Mixdown of the track I cannot get the Chord tuning of the track to export. I.e. the tracks render in a different key!

Is there anything special I have to do when there is a Chord track?

I am using Cubase 9 Pro, S-Gear, Olympus Choir and Cubase Bass Amp

Make sure to choose “follow chord track” in the chords tab in the inspector area of your different tracks.
