chords align suggestion

Hello, any suggestion on how to insert chord symbols aligned one each other? When I fill with pencil they are not on the same distance from the staff.
Any suggestion?

What I suggest is to proceed as follows:
1- Place your first chord at the desired distance from the staff
2- Hold shift and double click on it. Result: all the chords in the score will be selected.
3- Go to Menu: Scores>Align Elements>Bottom or Top
