How can I vertically place chords inside the note system ? So they are placed much lower than normal. Se attached file

If I understand you correctly, you actually want to move them vertically down so they’re inside the measures. (Apologies if I misunderstood!)
There have been a number of threads addressing how to make such chord charts. The results returned in this search should be helpful:

Thank you. I found I can select only chord-symbols using filter and move the mwith Ctrl+Alt+arrow in Engrave mode.
