Could you provide some more infos, like what version of Dorico you are currently using?

The score was written with Dorico 4.3 but it looks the same in Dorico 5.0.20. I’m on a Mac M1 Studio with Monterey. Those chords symbols may have been entered as local. You can see that in the status bar. You should just need to delete them and the global (transposed) will show. [Captura de pantalla 2023-07-11 114123]
