Clarification on clipping reported in VU meter

I noticed that the clipping indicator in the VU meter doesn’t report clipped samples like prior releases. Even though global analysis finds some clipping and reports the points, the VU meter doesn’t report it. Is this a bug or was this feature removed?

There is indeed a small (wanted) change. Before, a sample with the highest allowed value, was counted as a clip. Now, only samples exceeding the maximum value, are counted as a clip.
