Cleaning up notation on the new score editor

When I use my AE-30 wind controller and look at the notation after creating attack sometimes I see extra notes on the same stem

Is there any cleanup feature that cubase 14 can detect to delete extra notes that are only silent instead of me doing it manually which does take time.

Alan Russell.

Hi,

You can use Logical Editor to Delete Notes with Velocity lower than (any value).

Hi,

I mean Logical Editor, i.e. in the MIDI menu.

Are you sure, your MIDI Notes are with Velocity 0? Isn’t it Velocity 1? Note On with Velocity 0 is Note Off.

I will have to review there is also that the fastest note that is allowed to be seen in the score editor is 16th is there a way I could push it up to 32nd notes and cubase 14. I used to be able to do this in 13

Yes, in Score > Instrument settings set the Display Quantize to ‘Auto 1/32’

thank you Paul
