A small suggestion: “to the Steinberg support” is unclear. Even starting with Google from here, https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us, there are too many steps to find a way to e-mail a file to someone, and it’s geared towards help-desk support, not reporting errors.
An e-mail address or something explicit in the pop up window would be better, IMHO.
