Clef changes in grace notes wich also split in two systems

Hello again Forum,

I hope someone here can help me with my problem, because I’m getting pretty frustrated right now. I’m transcribing a manuscript to dorico and often there are parts, where there’s a clef-change inside the grace notes. Normally I can just mark up the part, which should be in the other clef and via “shift+c” I can put it like I want. This time it doesn’t work. I got a picture, to show the problem. The G-Clef should be on that exact potion but in the lower System. Somehow it doesn’t want to go there.

Maybe someone knows, how to fix it or how to work arround that issue.

Thanks in advance!

Irmel

Perhaps do it as real notes, using a tuplet of 16 eighths in the time of 4; and scale the notes to Grace note size?

Or what happens if you select the clef and press Alt+M?
(But I agree with @benwiggy: when grace notes are not very simple, it’s usaually easier to enter them as normal notes).

Unfortunatly it happens nothing, when I press that, but I will try out @benwiggy ‘s suggestion.

I guess that’s the way to go. Thanks!
