I dont’ know if it’s possible, but you could create a new tonality system with a custom key signature, with two new defined accidentals using the “(” and “)” symbols…

haha, don’t worry. I think that a clef is easier to put between parenthesis, you only have to change the default symbol for the desired clef (this will put the parentehsis at every clef). If you only want to put the parenthesis in a single clef in the middle of the bar, for example (as a reminder) then you probably will have to add it as text.
