Click does not work in Cubase 15

I instaled Cubase 15. But click does not work. In the Transport menu I activated “Activate Metronome”, and in the metronome settings only MIDI click works, but Audio click does not work. I never had such a problem with previous versions, everything worked from the beginning.
Please advise.

Hi @Miroslav_Hanak ,

are you using normal outputs (as Stereo Sum) or Control Room?
Or is Control Room on but without active output routing, and normal Stereo Out is using the output drivers to your monitors?

On my test laptop, neither MIDI click (Retrologue, via MIDI CH 5) nor Click sound presets currently seem to work with Control Room. (could this be a bug?)

With normal outputs and Control Room turned off, both MIDI Click and Steinberg Click sound presets are working.

Do you use Control Room? Have you turned on Click in CR (!) and set the volume?

The error was in the Control room setting, where click was disabled. I turned it on and IT WORKS!!!

This just seems silly, why not leave it as a generic on/off switch. annoying, just wasted half an hour
