"Click during count in" cannot be turned off

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing the issue of not being able to turn off the click during count in. I found this thread:

count-in click doesn't turn off

unable to turn off click during count-in when recording. if I untick this option in metronome settings, press ok, it will appear ticked again. this didn’t happen prior to 10.5.20. anyone found how to resolve this?

So apparently that’s a bug in Cubase 10? In case I would prefer not to update to version 11 at the moment, is there a work around to somehow not have the pre count click when recording?
