Please, make ´click on empty space´ option apply to Key Editor as well. I can’t see a good reason why it doesn’t apply as well, and, although a small request, it means a big workflow improvement. At least to me.

That would probably get pretty confusing, but the new Alt + Shift + Left click key command does almost the same thing and you can click anywhere, not just empty space.
